Return & Exchange Policy

 

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: At Luminelle Beauty Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your Lotion Candle, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

 

 

Resolutions: We will work with you to make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges: If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to help you find the best solution.

 

Order Issues & Damaged Items

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products: Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

 

Wrong or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, please email us at luminelle.lab@outlook.com with your order number and details so we can resolve it promptly.

 

Missing Packages (Marked as Delivered): If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, mailroom, or with neighbors, and wait 24–48 hours. If still missing, contact the shipping carrier and email us for assistance..

 

Lost in Transit: If your tracking has not updated or the carrier confirms loss, email us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and discuss replacement or refund options.
